2.2 Small World Kids Limited accepts an order only when we dispatch it. We will confirm that the order has been dispatched via email using the information provided. 3. Pricing
3.1 All prices shown on our website include VAT (where applicable) at the current rate. We reserve the right to show the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show the VAT separately and include it in the total price. We reserve the right to amend the VAT rate as dictated by UK law.

4. Cancellation and Return Policy

4.2 You may return items ordered from us for any reason within 14 days of their receipt for a full refund or exchange. Any costs associated with returning the items to us must be borne by you. Please review our ‘Refund Policy’ and follow the correct procedure.
4.3 Upon receipt of the returned goods we will give you a full refund of the cost of the items, or an exchange credit if so agreed.
4.4 Your right to return the goods to us as referred to above in clause 4.3 will not apply should the items be damaged, be used or be without intact original packaging or tags. You may also not return custom or personalized items.
